Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have regarding your personal information when using UXTuner.
1) What We Collect
- Account data such as name and email address.
- Billing-related metadata from Stripe (not full payment card details).
- Uploaded screenshots and audit output data.
- Technical and usage data such as logs, device/browser info, and diagnostics.
2) Why We Collect Data
We collect data to provide and secure the service, process subscriptions, improve product quality, prevent abuse, and communicate service-related updates.
3) How We Use and Share Data
We use your data only for legitimate business purposes tied to operating UXTuner. We may share limited data with trusted processors such as Supabase (infrastructure), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (AI processing), and Vercel (hosting; and Vercel Analytics only if you consent to non-essential cookies as described in section 6), under contractual safeguards.
4) Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements. Uploaded images may be periodically deleted according to product retention rules.
5) Your Privacy Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
- Request access to your personal data.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion where legally applicable.
- Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
- Request data portability where applicable.
- Opt out of certain data uses as required by law.
6) Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies as described below. For non-essential cookies, we ask for your consent before they are set or before related processing begins.
6.1) Cookie consent
When you first visit our site, you may see a cookie banner. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie named uxtuner_cookie_consent (typically for up to one year) so we do not ask you again on every visit. You can change your mind by clearing cookies for this site in your browser or device settings; the banner may appear again if no preference is stored.
6.2) Essential cookies
Some cookies are strictly necessary to operate UXTuner—for example, to keep you signed in, maintain security, and load the service reliably. These are used based on our legitimate interests and/or to perform our contract with you, not on marketing consent.
6.3) Analytics (optional)
If you choose Accept in the cookie banner, we enable Vercel Analytics (provided by Vercel Inc.) to collect privacy-oriented usage signals such as page views and performance-related metrics to understand how the product is used and improve it. If you choose Reject non-essential, we do not load this analytics script for that browser.
6.4) Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect login or core features. For more on third-party processors, see section 3.
7) Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we continuously work to reduce risk.
8) International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
9) Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
