You accept these Terms when you sign up, access, or use UXTuner. If you use UXTuner on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.

Your use of the website and our processing of personal data are also governed by our Privacy Policy, including how we use cookies and optional analytics when you provide consent through our cookie banner.

2) Service Description

UXTuner provides AI-assisted UX audits and related insights. We may update, improve, or modify features over time as part of normal product development.

3) Accounts and User Obligations

• Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt operations.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4) Intellectual Property

UXTuner and all related branding, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload, and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide and improve the service.

5) Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Paid plans are billed through Stripe under your selected billing cycle. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel renewal at any time and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

6) Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

7) Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal risk, or misuse the platform.

8) Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in competent courts located in Finland, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

9) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

10) Privacy, Cookies, and Analytics

We describe what data we collect, how we use cookies, and when we enable optional analytics (such as Vercel Analytics) in our Privacy Policy. Non-essential cookies and related analytics are used only where you have consented via the cookie controls on the site; essential cookies needed for security and core operation may still apply as explained there.
